- Global Commercial Exploitation: You receive an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, distribute, monetize, display, and syndicate the delivered high-resolution video, image, audio, and interactive assets across all digital and physical media channels (including TV, cinema, web, social, billboard, and spatial computing).
- Derivative Works: You are authorized to edit, color-grade, cut down, translate, adapt, and remix finalized deliverables for internal or external commercial campaigns.
- White-Label Distribution: Deliverables do not require mandatory public attribution to ZUZU Studio unless explicitly agreed in customized partnership tiers.
3. Proprietary Studio Technology & Neural Pipelines
All proprietary algorithms, generative inference workflows, custom LoRA weight checkpoints, Python orchestration pipelines, Next.js architecture code, and internal studio tooling developed by ZUZU Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZUZU Studio. No transfer of proprietary source code or underlying neural model training weights occurs unless explicitly provisioned via an Enterprise Technology Transfer Agreement.
4. Website Content & Trademark Rights
The trade name "ZUZU Studio," the ZUZU monogram, the signature branding, typographic compositions, and original digital media displayed at https://zuzustudio.online are protected under international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Reproduction, scraping, or unapproved mirroring of our digital showcase is strictly prohibited.
5. Open-Source & Academic Attributions
