By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web presence, digital intelligence systems, or creative engineering services provided by ZUZU Studio ("ZUZU," "Studio," "we," or "us") at https://zuzustudio.online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, you affirm that you hold full legal authorization to bind said entity.
2. Studio Capabilities & Engagement Scopes
ZUZU Studio specializes in high-fidelity generative visual synthesis, autonomous agentic marketing workflows, hyper-realistic AI motion, and digital brand transformation. All engagements are executed under customized Statements of Work (SOW) or formal project milestone briefs detailing deliverables, technical specifications, and delivery horizons.
3. Intellectual Property & Generative Content Rights
- Client Deliverables: Upon full financial settlement of agreed fees, clients receive worldwide, perpetual, commercial exploitation rights for all finalized visual, video, audio, or written deliverables produced specifically for their engagement, subject to our Licensing Policy.
- Studio Pre-Existing IP: ZUZU retains exclusive title and ownership over all pre-existing proprietary tools, generative pipelines, diffusion architectures, internal neural configurations, and foundational prompt engineering matrices.
- Studio Showcase Rights: Unless explicitly restricted via a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ZUZU Studio reserves the non-exclusive right to display finalized creative assets within its portfolio, case studies, and industry showcases.
4. Commercial Terms, Payments & Invoicing
All fee quotations are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) or Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing. Standard enterprise milestones require an upfront engagement deposit prior to compute allocation, with subsequent milestone disbursements tied to progressive production checkpoints.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ZUZU Studio warrants that all creative engineering services will be performed in a professional manner conforming to elite industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZUZU Studio disclaims all indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of project delays or platform outages. Our aggregate financial liability shall in no circumstance exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific Statement of Work in dispute.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of formal notification shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
